Measuring of the relative blade position

The goal of the measuring is to inspect that the rotor blades are set synchronic. If the rotor blades are not synchronized, the rotor doesn’t work properly. The aerodynamic adjustment is no longer optimal and rotor presents aerodynamic imbalance.

The synchronizing of rotor blades can be carried out via optical profile measurement. Optical measuring method used by us is based on “energie profile” by engineering office S.Glocker and we have developed it even further.
